Although very central and only short walks to all the places of interest that you will want to visit, the apartment is on a very quiet street, although there is plenty of activity not too far away should it take your fancy. This 3rd floor apartment (with no elevator) is perfect for a couple, a couple with a child or two, or two couples. The bedroom contains a wonderful antique queen sized bed and wardrobe space for the guests staying at the apartment and the living area of the apartment provides the guests with a pullout sofa for 2 additional persons. The bedroom also has a balcony from where you can watch people go by.

The living room and kitchen are housed in the same room as you enter into the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped with vitroceramic cooker, oven, fridge, washing machine, iron, pots and pans, toaster, microwave and all of the comforts of home. The eating area of the apartment, which contains a beautiful dining table and chairs, made of antique mahogany wood, seats 4 people. The floor through most of the apartment are fabulous wooden floors that add to the warmth and welcoming feel of this apartment. The bathroom has been newly installed and is another great example of combining old and new and making it work charmingly. It comes with a bath and shower, sink unit, toilet, etc. The closet space is provided in the bedroom of the apartment. Good quality bed linens and towels, bathroom paper are all provided.

This is a great location to be in when visiting Barcelona, and the apartment is ideally located for you to walk to any of the major tourist attractions of the old city of Barcelona.
